Joanna Newman, D.M.D.

Dr. Joanna Newman grew up in the small town of Tisdale, Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon where she received her dental degree in 1993.  

Upon graduation, Dr. Newman moved to Penticton, British Columbia to establish her private practice in general dentistry. In 1995 she opened her first dental clinic and in 2007 Lifesmiles Dental Centre was created when the current office was constructed in the Apple Plaza. 

Dr. Newman is passionate about dentistry and the relationships that she develops with her patients. She and her team take pride in providing exceptional service in a compassionate, caring and comfortable environment. When Dr. Newman is away from her busy dental office, she enjoys spending time with her two children, family and friends.

Adrianna Salomons, D.D.S.

Dr. Adrianna Salomons was born in Comox, BC  but grew up in several different cities in BC and Alberta. This included living in Kelowna, here in the Okanagan, for a period of time.

Dr. Salomons obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at McGill University. After which, she attended the University of Toronto for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated with honors. Dr. Salomons has been providing dental care in Penticton, with a compassionate and gentle touch, since 2012. 

Outside of the office, she loves to enjoy the outdoors with backcountry camping and hiking trips, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and kayaking. In addition to this, she enjoys traveling with her husband and has a passion for all things culinary.
